The staff are really nice and answered all my questions (even my silly questions!!). I was a bit nervous at first but it really didn't hurt at all (and I'm a big baby when it comes to pain!) There was so little regrowth that I barely had to shave after the first go and after that I couldn't wait to get back and continue my program every 8 weeks.
